ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - CENTENNIAL PEDESTRIAN PLAZA

 Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers, hereinafter called the Owner, will accept sealed bids for Centennial Pedestrian Plaza, located on 110 S 1st St, Rogers, AR 72756 adjacent to Parkside Public restaurant in downtown Rogers. The Project will incorporate sitework, concrete pads, miscellaneous metals, site furnishings, canopies, pavers and landscaping. 

Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 for the City of Rogers Centennial Park. 

Bids will be received at 2:00 PM. Bid submissions should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut St., Rogers, AR 72756, in a sealed envelope marked “Centennial Pedestrian Plaza”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City of Rogers’ Community Room, located at Rogers City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut Street and via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81707176972. Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected.

A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days.  Any questions or RFI’s regarding this project must be sent in writing to [email protected] by 12:00 PM on August 31, 2022.
