The Washington Parish School Board (WPSB) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from a qualified Grant Writing and Technical Assistance Firm/Individual.  Response to this RFP shall only be submitted to WPSB.
 
1.2       The original proposal will be received by the Washington Parish School System’s Business department located at 800 Main Street, Franklinton, LA  70438 until 2:00 p.m. November 29, 2021, at which time the proposals will be received and only the names of the parties submitting proposals shall be announced in the Board Room.  Five (5) additional copies of the original proposal may be included in the proposal response.
 
1.3       The proposals will be sent to a committee for review and recommendation to the Board. 
 
1.4       Proposals that have not been received by the above aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information shall be considered non-responsive and may result in the proposal being rejected.

1.6       Unless otherwise stated or required by the instructions, all other attachments or embellishments shall be excluded. It is also requested that responses not be bound in a booklet, but be stapled.
 
1.7       Proposal respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposer for this solicitation may not contact any WPSB Board Member or Grant Writing and Technical Assistance Selection Committee member concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until the date of selection.
 
1.8       WPSB may request additional information or clarifications from the firm or individuals.
