NOTICE TO BIDDERS
  
The Leake County Board of Education, Leake County, Mississippi, hereby gives Public Notice, in compliance with the requirements of Section 31-7-13 Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as amended, that the Board shall receive written sealed quotes/proposals for the following online instructional programs for the 2023-2024 school year:
Student Data Management Dashboard Program with One-to-One Communication Ability 
Student Assessment Software Package - Benchmark Assessments and Instructional Assessments with Data Tracking Capabilities 
Online Credit Recovery Program 
Language Arts & Mathematics Instructional & Diagnostic Program & EL Platform 
Literacy/Math Assessment Program with Diagnostic, Intervention, and Supplemental Resources 
Quotes/ Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent at 109 West Main Street, Carthage, MS 39051 on July 6, 2023 by 10:00 a.m. A detailed Request for Qualifications/Proposals and additional information pertaining to this solicitation can be at www.centralbidding.com,  http://mscpc.com/   and www.leakesd.org.
This award requires the recipient to complete all projects or activities which are funded under Federal Programs.
  
The Leake County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids so received and also the right to waive irregularities not in violation of the law.
