The Lincoln Parish School Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Simsboro School Capital Improvements – 2023 Bond Project (RFQ #24-01). Procurement of CMAR services will be in accordance with the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. Ann. §38:2225.2.4.

The RFQ package is also available for download online at www.centralbidding.com. Each proposer is responsible for payment of any fees required for use of this site.
All questions regarding this RFQ shall be addressed to Ricky Durrett in writing via email to
[email protected] by no later than 2:00 PM on August 29, 2023.
A sealed package containing One (1) original, Five (5) copies, and One (1) electronic copy on a USB device of the Statements of Qualifications must be addressed to Attn: Ricky Durrett and received at the Lincoln Parish School Board office located at 410 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, Louisiana 71270 on or before 10:00 AM on September 8, 2023 (the “Submission Deadline”). Refer to the RFQ package for complete submission instructions.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted at 9:00 am on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Lincoln Parish School Board Office at 410 S. Farmerville Street, Ruston, LA 71270. All firms interested in submitting SOQs in response to this RFQ are required to attend. SOQs submitted by firms who do not attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be rejected.
Any Statements of Qualifications received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. Faxed and/or emailed SOQs cannot be accepted and will not be considered. The School Board and its Selection Review Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications for just cause, and to waive any informalities when it is in the best interest of the School Board.
The Lincoln Parish School Board strongly encourages the participation of small, minority-owned, and women’s business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
