The general scope of this project includes the construction of a 10,900 sf free standing single story Student Assembly and Physical Ed Facility at Hattie Watts Elementary School, located at 1307 Third St., Patterson, La. The new building will be constructed using a pre-engineered metal building with automatic sprinkler system, metal stud framing and gypsum board interiors, with metal and brick exterior finishes. The new facility contains two classrooms and rest room facilities. The building will include a telescoping bleacher system, an Owner furnished self-contained portable stage system, and two divider curtains that roll down from the ceiling.
