ASSESSMENT SERVICES WANTED
 
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR ASSESSMENT SERVICES OF ALL EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT FACILTIES IN TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LOUSIANA for the TANGIPAHOA PARISH SCHOOL SYSTEM; 59656 PULESTON ROAD; AMITE, LA 70422
 
The Tangipahoa Parish School System ("School System") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the School System with a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of thirty-three school sites, and eight (8) support and administrative sites.
 
Applications for ASSESSMENT SERVICES OF ALL EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT FACILTIES IN TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LOUSIANA will be accepted until 2:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
 
Attention is called to the 2:00 p.m. deadline listed above.  Exceptions will not be made.
 
The forms and associated documents for this REQUEST are available at the Tangipahoa Parish School System website:  https://www.tangischools.org/departments/maintenance-construction.
 
The School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This REQUEST does not obligate the School System to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the REQUEST does not obligate the School System to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
 
If necessary, an Addendum will be issued to clarify any questions that have been forwarded to [email protected].  Questions via telephone will not be answered.
