ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PER SPECIFICATIONS.

Contractors/individuals submitting a bid in the amount of $1.00 or more shall be properly licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for the Classification of Hazardous Materials or Hazardous Waste Treatment or Removal. As a contractor you must show the appropriate current license number(s) on the outside of your sealed bid/envelope as well as the inside of the bid. A copy of the contractor’s license must be submitted with bid. Failure to comply will cause your bid to be non-responsive.

Additional Notes/Requirements

If submitting a bid electronically, then bid security must be in the form of an original, valid fully executed bid bond and be included in your bid submittal. A COPY OF THE VALID FULLY EXECUTED BID BOND MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR BID DOCUMENTS. THE ORIGINAL FULLY EXECUTED BID BOND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE STPSB WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF THE BID OPENING. Cashier’s check, certified check or money order will not be accepted for an electronic bid. Failure to comply will cause your bid to be non-responsive.
