Construction of the North Water Treatment New Permanganate Feed Building which generally consists of the construction of a new CMU and brick permanganate feed building, concrete driveway and work pad from the access road to the new permanganate building, and storage for chemical totes.  The Project also consists of the installation of a metal platform and stairs, a 500-gallon (minimum) day tank, water service and chemical piping, and related components.
