The Work consist of the tear-off of existing roof systems, replacing damages or deteriorating wooden nailers, repair of existing poured-gypsum deck, installation of new tapered insulation board, roof board, new edge prefinished metal trim, prefinished metal downspouts, and new single-ply polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) roof membrane system,  new natural gas line and new conduit to existing roof top units, re-attachment of existing vinyl soffit panels, related plumbing and electrical work, and other items shown on plans.
