PUBLIC NOTICE

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff will be accepting bids on the purchase and installation of mobile laptops. Interested parties must be able to furnish approximately 35 laptops(+/- 10), installed according to manufactures specs as well as configure them with the current sheriff’s office mobile software.

Bids will consist of price per laptop, modem, docks, stand and labor. Bid must be final price, including all applicable Labor / Fees. No additional costs will be allowed in addition to the actual bid amount. A signed agreement by the successful bidder must be received before first delivery is made.


Bids must be sealed, and clearly marked “MOBILE LAPTOP BID”. Bids can be submitted in person or by electronic bids to the Sheriff’s Office at 118 S. Court Street Suite 121, Opelousas, LA at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. Please find bid related materials and place your electronic bids at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM. A protest of any bid must be addressed at the time of the bid openings. The St. Landry Parish Sheriff reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all formalities.
