Request for Proposals for Large Loss, Turn Key Emergency Restoration Contractor
The Cameron Parish School Board is issuing a Request for Proposals to provide a comprehensive pre-event disaster restoration and recovery service contract for its schools and other facilities. In the event of a natural disaster or other similar event, the selected contractor(s) will be expected to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide water removal, drying, dehumidification, cleaning of structure and contents, temporary power, mold remediation, contamination containment, temporary climate control, debris management and removal, temporary roofs, etc. The contractor will need to be licensed in Louisiana.

Proposals must be either sent through Central Bidding or hand delivered or sent by certified, return receipt mail to:

Envelope must be marked RFP Emergency Restoration. Proposals will not be accepted via fax or email. All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 27, 2023.
