The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from interested, available, andreputable vendors for the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that wouldstreamline our HR process and enhance operational efficiency. It is the DeSoto County Board of Education’s(“Board” or “District”) intent to select, and enter into contract with, the most qualified bidder for these servicesthat would meet the district’s requirements and provide innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of ourschool system.
