Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of Jackson, MS, at 219 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201 or at Post Office Box 17, Jackson, MS 39205 until 3:30 PM, local time, Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished and sealed and deposited with City Clerk prior to the hour and date above designated. A copy of the construction documents (plans and/or specifications) for the construction being sought has been filed with the City Clerk of Jackson, MS. Official bid Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids and/or reverse bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. A copy of the Bid Documents (including plans and specifications for the Work) are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents from the Jackson Blueprint Online Plan Room website http://planroom.jaxblue.com. There is no charge for registration or to view the bid documents online. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. A printed bid set is approximately $150.00 plus shipping and applicable sales tax and an electronic downloadable set is $25.00 plus applicable sales tax.
