The proposed project includes furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, and services needed to fabricate and install one set (i.e., two complete channel sections) at each location where an All-Thread connection exists above the water line on the concrete fillers used to prevent wave action from entering the East Small Craft Harbor west breakwater wall. It is the intent to install one set on two connections above the water line.
