Separate sealed Bids for the LIBRARY IMPROVEMENTS & MAINTENANCE, PROJECT NO. (1) Mangham Library, Delhi Library Improvements & Maintenance and (2) Rayville Library Improvements & Maintenance will be received electronically at www.CENTRALBIDDING.com until 2:00 PM, (Local Time) NOVEMBER 5, 2015. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 19th for all three branches at 1:00.  Beginning at the Rayville Headquarters Branch the library will conduct a walk through and answer questions then go to the Delhi Branch and finish at the Mangham Branch for the final walk through.

Estimated Construction Cost for all three projects - $960,000.00
 
Project Description and Schedule:  The Parish reserves the right to award the contract for both projects to one bidder or two separate bidders.  The Rayville Headquarters Branch (Project No. 1) will be scheduled for execution and completion prior to beginning Project No. 2 (Delhi and Mangham Branch Libraries).  Mangham will be completed before beginning work on the Delhi Branch. 
 
Project No. 1 includes:  new finishes on floors, walls, new ceiling tiles and lights, new HVAC system, ADA renovations to the existing public restrooms, enclosure of the existing book mobile garage and other miscellaneous work detailed on the drawings and specifications.
 
Project No. 2 includes:  new finishes on floors, walls, new ceiling tiles and lights, and other miscellaneous work detailed on the drawings and specifications.
