NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
The Marshall County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed and marked bids in the The Marshall County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed and marked bids in the office of the County Administrator, Post Office Box 219, 111 South Market Street, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635, or bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 2025 and thereafter will publicly be opened for one (1) new heavy duty/commercial or comparable squeeze chute.
 
The required features are a heavy duty/commercial or comparable squeeze chute with a dedicated palpation cage, adjustable access panels, a secure head gate, rubber flooring and a design that allows for easy animal movement and minimal stress.  Warranties will be considered in selecting the lowest and best bid.
 
All bidders shall be precisely clear as to the specifications of their product. 
 
Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked on the outside lower left hand corner:  Bid for Marshall County Fairgrounds Cattle Chute, February 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of the County.
