The work on this project consists of initially removing an existing timber bulkhead water control structure and replacing it with 2 aluminum flashboard risers with 36’ culverts supplied and installed by the contractor.  Additionally, another structure is to be installed through an existing levee consisting of timber supported vinyl sheet piling, 2 aluminum flashboard risers, and corrugated HDPE pipe supplied by DU.  The final portion consists of removal of an existing timber bulkhead water control structure and replacing it with 1 aluminum flashboard risers with a 36’ culvert supplied and installed by the contractor.  Two structures shall be installed without dewatering (WCS#1 & WCS#3), and one wall shall be installed while the site is dewatered (WCS#2).
