The Lauderdale County Board of Education will receive sealed competitive proposals at the office of the County Superintendent of Education, 301 46th Court, Meridian, MS 39305 or P.O. Box 5498, Meridian, MS 39302 or by electronic Bid Proposal at www.centralbidding.com until 9:00 A.M., Central Standard Time on March 17, 2025 for

RFP 25-1444 – 2025 Cyber Asset Management & Risk Mitigation

Specifications for proposals may be obtained from the Office of Technology at the Lauderdale County School District, 301 46th Court, Meridian, MS 39305 or by calling (601) 4851760 or via email at [email protected]

At stated time, proposals shall be opened publicly and read aloud at 301 46th Court, Meridian, MS 39305. No proposal shall be accepted or considered after such scheduled time. Proposals/bids are to be received in full compliance with Mississippi Code 1972, Section 31-3-1 et seq and Section 31-7-13. Awards based on conditions stated in Instructions to Bidders and Specifications requested. No Bid Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days (60) after scheduled opening. The Lauderdale County Board of Education reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids and waives informalities.
