DEMOLITION OF COURT FACILITY BUILDING
POPLARVILLE, MS
 
Sealed bids for demolition of an existing building located at 204 S. Julia Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470 and the sale of surplus property arising from the demolition will be received by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors until 10:00AM local time on October 15, 2020 at the County Administration Office located at 207 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS  39470 and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
 
The work involved in the project includes demolition of an existing industrial building and associated items of work and the sale of surplus personal property, including, but not limited to fixtures and scrap metal arising from the demolition as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, MS 39466 or official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call 225-810-4814. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, MS 39466.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.  The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
