MANDATORY IN-PERSON PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE A Mandatory In-Person Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for June 6, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka FL 32177. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to allow potential Respondents an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification on the requirements of the proposal documents. Minutes of the conference will not be created.
