The Orleans Levee District requires furniture at their Administration and Warehouse facilities located in New Orleans, LA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other services as necessary to provide the following: product and installation for new furniture and modular wall systems, including modular wall and furniture systems, case goods; task, lounge, guest, conference, and training room seating; task, counter, and bar stools; conference, executive, meeting, all-purpose, collaborative, training, side, and occasional tables; lateral and high density filing; cabinet, overhead, and wall-mounted storage; file tops, bookcases; freestanding, benching, and systems workstations. All products are to be entirely new and unused.
Bidders are invited to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the Orleans Levee District Administration Building – 6920 Franklin Avenue at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, in the Conference Room located in Franklin Avenue Administration Building at 6920 Franklin Avenue. Participants will visit the physical site at the conclusion of this conference.
