Notice is hereby given that the City of Natchez, MS is requesting responses from qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlight facilities under an Energy Services Contract.
ESP qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, Mississippi Development Authority/Energy Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Service Providers and Request for Qualifications.
Responses must be received by the Natchez City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120, no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Documents can be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com.
