Waste Disposal Services
 
The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified proposers who can demonstrate their ability to provide services to the District to obtain a solution for Waste Disposal Services throughout Rapides Parish in the District’s schools and support facilities. 
Proposals will be accepted in the Purchasing Department at the Rapides Parish School Board Building, Sixth and Beauregard Streets in Alexandria, LA until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Proposals received after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
To obtain the RFP specifications, please contact the RPSB Purchasing Department by emailing your request to [email protected] or sending your written request to P. O. Box 7117, Alexandria, Louisiana 71306. Specifications are also available at www.centralbidding.com; fees may be associated with the use of this site.
 
Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes/packages clearly marked with the vendor’s name and “RFP #25-39: WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES” and delivered to:

The Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to accept all, part, or none of any proposal; and to waive as informality any minor irregularities.
