Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on August 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on July 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time.

Project Scope: Replace existing approximately 460 LF of existing 48” RCP with 48” Ductile Iron on Moody Swamp Outfall Line. Scope also includes 1 x 72” diameter precast concrete manhole and bypass pumping.

Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
