FOR KEEPING OF COUNTY FUNDS FOR YEAR 2021
ORDER OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
THIS DAY there came on for consideration by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, the provision of 27-105-1 of the Mississippi Code concerning the advertisement for bids for the privilege of keeping County funds. After discussion, it was unanimously resolved that the following notice to bidders be published two (2) times in The Panolian.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi will on January 4th, 2021 receive bids for the privilege of keeping County funds. Bidders will need to state the kind of security which the financial institution proposed to give as security for said funds all in accordance with 27-105-305 and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code.
Bidders are requested to quote an annual fixed rate bid for daily deposit balances as well as a variable rate bid for daily deposit balances. Bidders shall also disclose any service charges of fees in the method of imposing such service charges or fees.
Sealed competitive bids will be received in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com until 9:00 a.m. on January 4th, 2021, at which time said bids will be opened, examined, compared and awarded to the highest and best bidder. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
