Invitation to Submit Qualifications for Architectural Design Services           
Notice is hereby given that sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508.  Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the Statement of Qualifications.  Statement of Qualifications will be received until July 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. CST for:

An official RFQ package consisting of six (6) documents is attached to this email.  Attachment D - Intent to Submit Request for Qualifications contains the specifications of the RFQ.  These documents may also be viewed online, and electronic qualifications may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com.  

 
At the above stated date and time, only the names of the qualification respondents will be read aloud in the Personnel Conference Room.
 
A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held at 10:00 am CST on June 23, 2021 in the LPSB Board Room located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508.
 
The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase or sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available. 
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications for just cause.  The owner reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time.
