SOLICITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CM)
The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Construction Management at Risk Services for the new Rogers Fire Station #4 construction project. The Rogers Fire Station #4 project will include site improvements and construction of an approximately 18,000sqft structure.
CM services may include (not all inclusive):
· Pre-Design Services – As Required.
· Design Phase Services – including design review, cost estimate reviews, schedules, cost control and reporting, meetings, advising of problems.
· Bidding of All Phases - including solicitation of qualified bidders, analyzing bids, recommendations of qualified bidders.
· Construction Phase Services – Including coordination, inspections to ensure contract compliance, daily logs, submittals, safety, meetings, schedules, progress reports, testing.
· Other related services as required.
Offerors should submit proposals that are acceptable solely on the basis of the initial proposal submitted. The City may proceed with award of a contract without discussion. However, the City may elect to short-list some number of offerors and conduct interviews. The City will evaluate all submitted proposals.
Submittals will be evaluated based upon:
· Qualifications of Organization
· Qualifications of Proposed Personnel
· Availability of Proposed Personnel
· Experience with projects of similar scope and complexity
· Past Performance in meeting project budget and schedule
· Capability of Bonding Projects
