ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office at 1592 E. Prudhomme St., Opelousas, La. 70570 up to the hour of 10 o’clock A.M., CST on Friday, May 2, 2025 for the following:
 
 
LINEV SYSTEMS CLEARPASS-DIGITAL FULL BODY SECURITY SCREENING SYSTEM OR EQUIVALENT 
Each bid shall be submitted only on the bid form provided with the specifications.  This bid form and the specifications may be examined or obtained from the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office during the office hours from Monday through Friday of any week, via email request ([email protected]), or through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Marshall Moreau, Administrative Officer, St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office, P.O. Box 1029, Opelousas, LA. 70571, or electronically through Central Bidding, by the above-mentioned time and date.  Bids received after the above specified time for opening shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the sender.  Bids will be evaluated by the purchaser based on the lowest responsible bid submitted in accordance with the specifications.  The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portions thereof, to waive any informalities incident thereto, and to select the system that best suits its needs.
