Livingston Parish is hereby requesting written submittals of a Statement of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Professional Engineering services to be performed at the direction of the Livingston Parish Council (LPC) for Improvements to the Haynes Settlement Water System.
 
Description: Services required for this “Project” include those basic and supplemental services necessary to make improvements and extensions to the residential water system totaling approximately 2,535 linear feet (LF) within the established roadside ditch right-of-way.  This project includes all valves, hydrants, meters, and piping to complete the project.  Existing residences in the area are operating under individual private well supply systems.  This project will establish water service tie-ins to these areas.  Firms submitting a statement of qualifications must identify all firms that they expect to use to provide supplemental services.
 
The selected firm shall be responsible for all professional services required or related to the design, bidding, and construction administration of the Project.  LPC has been awarded funds from the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 Community Water Enrichment Fund (CWEF) application for Livingston Parish.  The selected firm shall be responsible for professional services complying with the CWEF grant as provided by LPC for this Project.

Responses to this RFQ must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Please state “CWEF – Haynes Settlement Water System Project Qualifications Statement-Engineering Services” on the cover. Responses received after the time and date set forth will not be considered.
