It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing on REFURBISHED Three Phase Padmount Transformers, for use by the City of Alexandria Electric Distribution Department. Pricing shall be for a specific, guaranteed minimum quantity per each. All transformers shall be warranted for a minimum one (1) year from date of installation or eighteen (18) months from date of delivery, whichever comes first.
