Sheets E-4 and E-6 General Notes - Note 1 says" The pole foundation is shown for information only. The pole foundation shall be designed by a Louisiana registered professional engineer. Foundation design for poles shall be submitted to engineer for approval." Detail 2/E-4 & Detail 2-E-6 have wording " Contractor to meet with Structural & Electrical engineer prior to foundation work to discuss process of installation." Is the Electrical Contractor to hire a Structural Engineer to do the design for these pole foundations or do we use design shown and just review with Meyer Engineers?
