FLVS submits the following RFP questions to Kelsey Hegel, Coordinator of Instructional Technology: 1. Will the contract agreement which results from this RFP replace an existing contract? 2. If yes, who is the incumbent contractor? 3. Do you have a Learning Management System (LMS) in place? 4. If yes, do you plan to continue using your current LMS through the entire term of the contract which results from this RFP? 5. If you have an LMS in place, will you consider a vendor-provided LMS as an alternative for this program? 6. If you accept a vendor-provided LMS, how many teachers will need to be trained and how many administrators will need to be trained? 7. Which Student Information System (SIS) are you currently using? 8. Do you plan to continue using your current SIS through the entire term of the contract which results from this RFP? 9. Would you consider a vendor-provided LMS which will not replace your existing SIS? 10. Will any of the program requirements disqualify a vendor from consideration for a contract award? 11. Will you accept a proposal for some, but not all, of the program requirements? 12. Will any of the requirements in the Terms and Contract Provisions disqualify a vendor from consideration for a contract award? 13. Will you include our Terms and Conditions in the contract which results from this RFP? 14. The RFP states “This contract is for a 3 year period with 3 optional years of extension...” Is the initial three (3) year period actually three (3) one-year periods with annual renewals? 15. The due date is on a Federal Holiday (Presidents’ Day). Are you going to change the due date so it will not fall on a Federal Holiday?

Which Student Information System (SIS) are you currently using? PowerSchool 8. Do you plan to continue using your current SIS through the entire term of the contract which results from this RFP? Yes 9. Would you consider a vendor-provided LMS which will not replace your existing SIS? This RFP is not for LMS nor a SIS. 10. Will any of the program requirements disqualify a vendor from consideration for a contract award? All proposals will be scored according to the RFP. If the product does not meet the RFP requirements, it may not be given a demonstration time. 11. Will you accept a proposal for some, but not all, of the program requirements? All proposals will be accepted. Products that do meet the RFP requirements may not get a demonstration time. 12. Will any of the requirements in the Terms and Contract Provisions disqualify a vendor from consideration for a contract award? All proposals will be scored according to the RFP. 13. Will you include our Terms and Conditions in the contract which results from this RFP? The contract will be negotiated with all parties. If you have terms and conditions that are specific, please include in the RFP 14. The RFP states “This contract is for a 3 year period with 3 optional years of extension...†Is the initial three (3) year period actually three (3) one-year periods with annual renewals? It will be a minimum of a 3 year contract with a possibility to renew for an additional 3 years. Contracts will not be re- negotiated annually. 15. The due date is on a Federal Holiday (Presidents’ Day). Are you going to change the due date so it will not fall on a Federal Holiday? No, this is a working day in our district and will stay as this date.
