SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010 and then publicly opened and read for the sale of the following surplus equipment:

1 1997 Ford F-350 Dump Truck
1 1996 Ford F-250 with service body
1 1999 Ford F-250 with utility body
1 1999 Ford F-350 with utility body
1 1994 Ditch Witch Trencher with boring attachment
1 1999 Chevy 2500 truck

Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked “BID--SURPLUS EQUIPMENT.” Also include a description of the equipment as stated above.

Equipment shall be picked up within five (5) days of notification of bid award.

The Police Jury reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all bids.
