INVITATION TO BID
The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting bids for the purchase, delivery, installation and one year of watering maintenance of the following trees at the locations shown (Size: 3” Caliper):
Location: Botanical Name/Common Name (Quantity)
Rogers Aquatics Center: Acer xfreemanii/Freeman Maple (13), Magnolia grandiflora/Southern Magnolia (2), Liriodendron tulipifera/Tulip Tree (12)
S Dixieland Rd: Acer saccharum 'Barrett Cole”/ Apollo Sugar Maple (15), Ginkgo Biloba "Princeton Sentry"/Princeton Sentry Ginkgo (15)
Trees must meet the American Standard for Nursery Stock published by the American Horticulture Industry Association. Trees must have a one year warranty. For nursery stock in state, the nursery must be an Arkansas Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional.
Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 and should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut, Rogers, AR 72756, in a sealed envelope marked Rogers Parks Department/Tree Bid- Various Locations or submitted online at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10664-city-of-rogers.html.
Bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 in the Rogers City Hall Community Room at 301 W. Chestnut Street, Rogers, AR and virtually via zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82620656126
