The letter must be from the manufacturer. As you know, certain companies have in the past stated that the product is Grade A and has sent inferior goods. This way each company will be judged on the same CORRECT product that should be provided as specified.

I have discussed this with the Food Service Director, and the letters must be submitted with the bid as stated in the bid.

Please contact your technical service people for advice. I use word perfect. That may be the issue. All of my bids will be in this format. Most software can "convert" these formats. I suggest again that you contact someone on how to open these documents.
