A public bid opening will be held immediately following the 2:00 p.m. deadline at City Hall, for those that wish to attend.
 
The project specified shall be furnished in accordance with the Invitation to Bid, Specifications, and Terms and Conditions attached hereto and made part hereof as fully set forth herein and any other documents prepared for this bid

Bidders shall submit bids on our Proposal and Bid Form. Please note the AFFIDAVIT form which must also be completed. W-9 should be attached to the bid. Payment will be rendered to the name and ID appearing on the W-9.
 
The City of Davenport reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, to re- advertise, and to enter into a contract determined to be in the best interest, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions referenced herein above.
