The Tate County School District, in accordance with Section 31-7-13 of the Mississippi Code

annotated, is now soliciting proposals for “Custodial Services – 2024-2025” in the following

manner:

Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 am CST on Friday, April 12, 2024, in sealed envelopes at

the Tate County School District, 574 Parkway Street, Coldwater, MS, or by electronic proposal

submission. Electronic submissions can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any

questions relating to the electronic submission process, please contract Central Bidding at 225-

810-4814.

Specifications are on file at the Central Office. To receive a copy of the specifications, please

contact the Business Manager by email: [email protected]. Specifications may also be

downloaded at www.centralbidding.com, for a fee. All proposals must comply with the

specifications provided. The Tate County School District reserves the right to amend the

specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested proposal packets.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best proposer. The Tate County School District

reserves the right to waive an informality and to reject any and all proposals.
