PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT
INVITATION FOR BIDS
 

Sealed bids for twenty-five (25) HVAC systems will be accepted by the Lincoln Parish School Board Office until 10:00 AM CST on Friday, August 30, 2024, at its office at 410 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, LA, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

To obtain specifications and response forms, please contact Dr. Sheila Nugent, Federal Programs Facilitator, via mail to Lincoln Parish School Board, 410 South Farmerville St., Ruston, LA 71270, email to [email protected], or fax to (318) 255-1433. Specifications and forms are also available online at www.centralbidding.com. Fees may be associated with the use of this site.

Bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com or be hand-delivered or sent by certified mail in a sealed envelope clearly marked “No. ESF25-001, Replacement of HVAC Classroom Units at Lincoln Parish Schools” to:

The sole responsibility for proper delivery of a bid is that of the bidding Vendor. Bids that are not properly sealed or received after the date and hour specified in this notice will be rejected. Lincoln Parish School Board reserves the right to award bids in whole or in part, reject any or all bids, and waive any informalities in accordance with R.S. 38:2211, et seq, and 2 CFR Part 200.320, et seq, if in the best interest of the School Board to do so.

The purchase of HVAC systems will be made with federal funds.
