Desktop Computers

Refurbished Class A type Dell OptiPlex 7020 or equivalent desktop computer.  Specifications are as follows: a desktop case, a 19” LCD flat-panel monitor, a new keyboard and a new optical mouse.  The desktop computer must have an Intel Core i5 or faster/equivalent processor.  Computer chipset must be at least an Intel Q87 with a front side bus speed of 1066 MHz or greater/equivalent.  A minimum of 8GB of DDR3 RAM with a speed of 1600 MHz or greater must be installed.  A Western Digital or equivalent SATA hard drive with a capacity of 250GB or larger must also be included.  Also included should be an integrated 10/100/1000Mbps network interface card, an integrated sound card, a DVDRW optical drive and Microsoft Windows 10 Professional/Education operating system.

Three references must be provided.


Equipment should have a minimum 3 year replacement warranty on equipment and parts, shipping included. 

The price for these units should be good through December 31, 2019

The winning bidder shall image all systems purchased using a system image provided by the Sabine Parish School Board Technology Dept.
Price shall include delivery to the Sabine Parish School Board, 695 Peterson Street, Many, LA 71449.  A truck with a powered LIFTGATE is required for any palletized shipments to this address.

Winning bidder must be a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, ISO Certified and must provide the Citizenship license for each machine. 

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Bids must meet minimum specifications as defined in bid documents.
