The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids to purchase AngelTrax School Bus Surveillance Equipment systems or the equivalent of. Packages to include: Input Mobile DVR with panic button, 160 GB Drive, passive GPS, HDD tray, cables, mounting supplies/kit; infrared dome camera (2.1mm) Driver View with microphone, cables, mounting supplies/kit; infrared dome camera (6.0mm) Bus view with microphones, cables, mounting supplies/kit and mobile DVR USB uplink cable to be used by the Terrebonne Parish School Board. All labor and installation charges should be included in prices. All equipment is mandatory to include warranties. Delivery and installation should be 90 (ninety) days from the bid award date. Payment will be made within (30) days of delivery.

Bids submitted must be sealed and submitted at the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Motorpool Division, 137 Capital Blvd. Houma, Louisiana 70360 no later than 9:00a.m. February 16, 2011 to Captain David LeBoeuf, Purchasing Agent. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened.

The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any bids deemed not in the best public interest.
