LEASED IT FIBER Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet Access Services
 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOLS, aka "DISTRICT," seeks proposals for LEASED LIT FIBER Wide Area Network connectivity AND INTERNET ACCESS to six eligible entities listed on Page 23-24.
 
Currently, the data center is located at 1705 Sullivan Drive Bogalusa, Louisiana 70427. All services terminate at this location. The District has 5 GIGS of Internet that is shared among all sites.
 
The DISTRICT desires a  LEASED LIT FIBER network. The current network is a fiber WAN network.  Five sites have 10 GIG connections that terminate at the data center. One site, Bogalusa Senior High Athletic Complex has a 250 MBPS connection.
 
Sealed proposals must be sent certified mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand-delivered to BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOLS, or proposals may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com . Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site. The DISTRICT is not responsible for delays in uploading, and proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.

BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOLS reserves the right to reject all proposals and waive any formability defects or clerical errors in any Bid Proposal Package, as in the interest of the BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOLS. *No Questions will be answered before the virtual pre-bid Meeting on October 20, 2021, at 2:00 PM (CST)
