The Contractor shall provide and furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supervision, labor, subsistence, rental, subcontractors, permitting, profit, overhead, appropriate taxes and any other related costs. The Contractor shall provide all materials required, except those specifically indicated as being Owner Furnished by Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport. The work includes all that is necessary to provide the Owner with a complete project.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 2510 14th Street, Suite 1450, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 to be followed by a site inspection trip.
