DOCUMENTS:              All RFQ related documents are available in electronic form and may be obtained beginning on May 28, 2024 from www.centralbidding.com or the architect, Holly & Smith Architects (“H&S Architects” or “Architect”), a Professional Architectural Corporation, by contacting Ryan Faulk, AIA, NCARB, CSI, at (985) 345-5210, or via email at [email protected], or in writing at 208 N. Cate St., Hammond, LA 70401
 
QUESTIONS:                Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing prior to the applicable deadline even if discussed and/or answered orally in the pre-submission conference.  Questions should be addressed in writing to Ryan Faulk, AIA, NCARB, CSI, and submitted via email to [email protected].
 
All RFQ related documents shall be submitted electronically online to www.centralbidding.com
 
No RFQ related documents shall be reviewed until after the submission deadline.
 
 
A Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 2:00pm at the project construction site located at 1530 SW Railroad Avenue, Hammond, LA 70403. Please contact the office of the NOHS COO at 985-230-7703 with any questions about location or directions.
 
Anyone with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact Grant Sceroler at (985) 230-6105 not later than seven (7) days prior to the submission deadline.
 
All respondents shall meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing law, Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2150 through 2164, as amended.
 
Sureties used for obtaining Bonds must appear as acceptable on the Department of Treasury Circular 570 and meet the requirements set out in R.S. 38:2219A.(1).
 
As a requirement under Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2163, this project is classified as Building Construction.
 
Responses shall be organized in accordance with the RFQ documents and instructions.  Responses must be as succinct as possible while completely providing all requested information. All times listed are Hammond, LA local time.
 
In order to be considered as a qualified submission, RFQ related documents must be obtained either through H&S Architects or Central Bidding.
 
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
