AUDIT SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
 
INVITATION
Written proposals subject to the conditions herein stated and attached hereto, will be received at 2350 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS  39531 until Wednesday June 22nd, 2022 at 10:00A.M., Central Time for providing the services as described below for the Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission (MCCC).
 
DESCRIPTION
MCCC will receive proposals from qualified Auditors having specific experience and qualifications in the area identified in the solicitation. For consideration, proposals for this project must contain evidence of the Proposer’s experience and abilities in the specified area and other disciplines directly related to the proposed audit service. Other information required by MCCC may be included elsewhere in the solicitation. TERM AND EXTENSION OF CONTRACT
The MCCC anticipates awarding a contract as soon as possible for audit services for fiscal year ending September 30, *2021, and two (2) subsequent years, for a total of three (3) years, subject to annual review. (FY 2021, FY 2022, FY 2023)
          *Due to Pandemic, auditing practices are one (1) year behind schedule. FY 2021 audit expected to begin August 2022.
 
CONTRACT TIMELINE
The two (2) subsequent years of services; Annual financial statement audit(s) must begin no later than 90-days from year end (September 30th) and be completed no later than March 31st each year.
