The St. Charles Parish Library, hereby advertises bids for the purchase of one (1) Toyota Tundra SR-5 as follows:

Project Details: One (1) time purchase of one (1) 2022 or newer Toyota Tundra SR5. Vendor shall provide any training of personnel on use of the equipment upon delivery. Any additional optional equipment will be at the dealer’s cost.

Bids: Separate sealed Bids will be received by the St. Charles Parish Library at 160 W. Campus Drive, Destrehan, Louisiana, 70047 either by hand delivery or electronic submission. All hand delivered bids must be marked (Attn: Kenny Breaux, Fleet Vehicle) in a sealed envelope. Electronically submitted bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. All bids are due no later than 9:00 a.m. local time on Monday, December 5, 2022. Promptly thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Large Meeting Room of the East Regional Library at the address listed above. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the public bid law and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids.
