E-Rate Request for Proposals Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet Access Services NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT aka "DISTRICT" is seeking proposals for WIDE AREA NETWORK connectivity AND INTERNET ACCESS to 9 eligible entities listed on Page 23. Currently, the DISTRICT has six sites open but may reopen three closed locations within the length of any resulting contract. Additionally, the DISTRICT is seeking bids RFP #2 for Non-E-Rate analog, long distance, and VoIP telephone lines (See Pages 28-33) for more details. The data center is located at the BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT DATA CENTER, and allservices will terminate at this location (See Page 23). The DISTRICT desires an "all-fiber" network. The current network is a point-to-point 10 GIG fiber WAN network at five sites, and one site has a 250 MBPS fiber connection. All sites share 2 GIGS of Internet Access. Sealed proposals must be sent certified mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand-delivered to BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT or proposals may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). The DISTRICT is not responsible for delays in uploading, and proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
