LEGAL NOTICE


                            ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Monroe County,

Mississippi, will at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 4th day of December, 2019, at

the Monroe County Chancery Building in Aberdeen, Mississippi, receive bids

and award contracts for one year, subject to the approval of the Public Procurement Review Board, from the first Monday in January, 2020, to the first Monday in January, 2021, to the lowest responsible bidder for furnishing Spiral Metal Culvert in all sizes on a per lineal foot basis in

16 gauge and heavier, and for furnishing Plastic Corrugated Pipe with Smooth

Interior in all sizes on a per lineal foot basis to Monroe County and the

Monroe County Road Department.




Bidders shall submit bids on a per foot cost in each category being

bid, predicated on size, length and gauge. Delivery shall be F. O. B. Monroe

County, Mississippi, to designated points of delivery in such quantities as

may be specified on the purchase order.  Delivery shall be within five (5)

working days after receipt of purchase order.  Designated points of delivery

are as follows:




    1. Monroe County Unit Headquarters, 101 Hwy. 8 West, Aberdeen, 

       Mississippi.




    2. County job site locations as requested by the Road Manager.




THE BOARD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids

received.
