Bids shall be accepted only from firms and/or vendors who are qualified by the State of Louisiana for the lease and sale of specified equipment. Only a bona fide sealed bid will be considered at opening time, bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Sealed bids may be hand carried or mailed to the address listed above.
