Request for Quotes
 
The Harrison County School District Board of Education will accept quotes for School Safety Training Services/System for the 2024-2025 school year. 
 
All quotes must be submitted to Melissa Garrison via email by July 30, 2024. Quote will be awarded by August 5, 2024, after school board approval on the same date.
 
Purpose
The purpose of this request for quotes is to obtain quotations for an online safety training service/system.
 
Scope of Services
The services will include but are not limited to:
An online platform with a system that will allow district to assign trainings to employee’s emails and track what trainings have been completed in real time;
Quality training that meets OSHA guidelines for safety as appropriate for teachers in the state of Mississippi;
Trainings should include general safety in buildings, grounds and on school buses;
Training should also provide how to deal with difficult students and adults (i.e., aggressive students, special needs, etc.)
District should be able to post content of their choice onto the company’s platform and be able to send it to select employees as needed.
Online platform should provide a suite of reports for district to review who has completed each course by school site.
Online platform/service should be compliant with all federal regulations surrounding protection of personally identifiable information.

Selection Process
Quotes will be evaluated based on scope of services, experience, favorable references, services available, etc.
