At such time stated above, said Bids will be opened, read out loud, and recorded. On the outside of the sealed Bid envelope, the Contractor’s Certificate of Responsibility number or DUNS# must be displayed. Any Bids received after said date and time shall be returned to the Bidder unopened.
 
The selected company shall provide a new roof recoat that meets specified requirements or equivalent, repair damaged areas, and apply an elastomeric roof coating in accordance with the scope of work described.

SITE VISIT
Site visits must be prescheduled with MS Coast Coliseum COMMISSION’S Assistant Executive Director: Michelle Menningmann at 228-594-3718 at least three (3) business days prior to any onsite activity.

Proposers must submit the name of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or DUNS# on the BID form as the person within the company who shall be the Owner’s contact and party primarily responsible for rendering services, if selected.
